Hey. Hi. Who are you? Pati from Mos Health, CEO and co-founder. I just didn't see the Achiever staff. Tell me a little bit more about Mos Health. The idea comes from how do we make health more actionable? So that's what we built for, integrating different health data sources. And then with amazing Oliver Zolman, our clinical director, we make sure that every single action and suggestion you get from us, from the agent, it's kind of like an instinct for health. It's extremely relevant to you from your day perspective, your goal perspective, and your body perspective. And for somebody who's never taken supplement in my entire life, why should people start taking supplement now? I think that nowadays we're not able to meet all the nutrition we should, and we are all deficient in different ways. So supplementation really supports that. And then also like, especially in San Francisco, if you are working really hard, you can just support your body through nutrition to just boost it, to calm it down. There are really healthy ways to do it. It doesn't have to be other way. And is this your first startup that you're building? No, it's my second one. I exited the previous one that was in mental health. It was a central East in Europe. We did like a platform for one-on-one sessions with high quality specialists. And walking through that moment before building your first company, what's that moment that you thought to yourself, I need to build a company? I'm from a family of entrepreneurs. My parents, they built a company together and they just brought company home. So I was going to kindergarten and just telling to my friends, other children about, hey, my employees, have these problems when I was five years old. So I think then. So this is built in you, it's built in your family. Yes, it's me, it's who I am. I love to build, I love to meet people and I love to build companies with people that then became my family. And what was the, how did you make your first $100? Actually on doing like graphic designs. I was just selling different landing pages when lovable or cloth wasn't a thing. And I was 13, I think, and I was just building it and selling to different like companies, building websites basically. You started making website at 13 euros and selling to them. Yeah, like it wasn't, it was more like a landing page, but still, yeah. And tell me more about why do you want to focus on this mental health and supplement space? Why is it so important to you? So right now we are focusing on preventative health and it's extremely important because like the world is just bleeding of healthcare costs because we are not, we're not healthy. And when you think about it, we need medicine 3.0, which is basically combining reactive health with preventative health and making sure that we know how to prevent diseases to happen. 80 % of healthcare costs in the United States are tied to preventable conditions. And what are some of the misconceptions that people have in terms of supplement? Because me, as somebody who knows nothing about this, why can't I just take a multivitamin? Oh, there are many different reasons, right? From the quality of the ingredients, but the most important part is the dosing. When you think about companies, huge brands like AG1, for example, when you look at their label, their vitamins are fighting for absorption and almost none of the vitamins have any dosing that's relevant for your body. So what we did, we made sure that all the substances in our supplements are like clinically relevant. And how hard is actually building this company? Is it building the team? Building the product? Or do all the sales and marketing? I would say physical products are really hard. We don't know how hard it is until we start doing it. Because once you're building something digitally, you can always iterate. You can always change super fast to do it. With products like supplements, we've been waiting for them for so long and there are so many f***-ups on the way. I had no idea. So respect to everyone that's doing that. It's really, really terrible and really, really hard. For a serial entrepreneur like yourself, who came from a family of entrepreneurs, what keeps you going when s*** gets hard? I think having your own support system. To me, that's my dog and my boyfriend. They're just amazing. They support me on the journey. So having people around you that understand the journey very well and they're willing to do everything for you, just for you to push through. That's one thing. Second thing would be movement, trying to walk, trying to run, go for a workout, horse ride, whatever feels right for you and for your body, that's the way. All right, lastly, what's next for Mos Health? What, sorry? What's next for Mos Health? What's next for Mos Health? Yes. Winning San Francisco, winning California, winning United States. Becoming the next health preventative platform for everyone. And for the CPG founders that may be listening now, what's your secret for growth? Events, like this one. I'm hosting it today.
